WAKE TECH DEFEATS PITT 91-80
Saturday's game was a big one for both Wake Tech and Pitt. The Eagles came into the contest at 12-10 overall and 11-4 in Region X which put them in 2nd place in the conference while the Bulldogs sat at first place prior to the game.
The Wake tech offense was strong throughout the game and they built on a 41-31 halftime lead and eventually went on to win 91-80. PCC's offense was very balanced as usual, 5 players recorded double digit points with Ben Cox leading the way with 15 points.
Despite the loss, the Bulldogs remain in 1st place in Region X and will take on Vance-Granville at home on Wednesday, February 6th at 7:00.
