NINE BULLDOG ATHLETES EARN ALL REGION 10 HONORS

Nine PCC athletes were honored this postseason with All Region 10 Awards.

Four PCC Softball players and five PCC Baseball players earned awards.

 

SOFTBALL

 

#7 Summer Campbell

Infielder - Fr. - Washington, NC

 - All American Nominee

 - 1st Team All Region 10

Campbell hit an impressive .514 this season while recording 10 home runs and 53 RBI's.

 

#21 Abbi Carpenter

Utility - Fr. - Roanoke Rapids, NC

 - 1st Team All Region 10

In addition to hitting .418 with 45 RBI's this year, Carpenter recorded 16 doubles while only striking out 4 times.

 

#10 Abby Pippin

Outfielder - Fr. - Williamston, NC

- 2nd Team All-Region 10

Pippin led the Bulldogs with 113 at bats while collecting 54 hits and 15 stolen bases.

 

#1 Kristen Hardee

Outfielder - Fr. - Ayden, NC

- 2nd Team All Region 10

Hardee boasted an impressive .430 batting average and led the Bulldogs in triples with 7.

 

BASEBALL

 

#18 Caleb Morris

Infielder - So. - Vanceboro, NC

 - 1st Team All Region 10

 - 1st Team All Defense Region 10

Morris led the Bulldogs in RBI's, (43) home runs, (9) and batting average. (.385)

 

#7 Cam Jackson

Outfielder - Fr. - Greenville, NC

- 1st Team All Region 10

Jackson hit .342 on the year with 7 home runs and a team high 12 doubles.

 

#20 Josh Harlow

Pitcher - Fr. - Garner, NC

 - 1st Team All Region 10

Harlow led the Bulldog pitching staff in innings pitched (69.2) and strikeouts. (88)

 

#32 Martin Zelenka

Catcher - Fr. - Czech Republic

 - 2nd Team All Region 10

 - 1st Team All Defense Region 10

Zelenka finished the 2021 season batting .333 with 6 Home Runs and 28 RBI's.

 

#15 Jayson Arendt

Utility - Fr. - Holly Springs, NC

 - 2nd Team All Region 10

Arendt led PCC in at bats (137) and was second in home runs (8) while batting .343 on the year.
