BASEBALL DEFEATS BARTON JV

The Bulldogs met Barton College JV Wednesday night in a non-conference matchup at Minges-Overton Complex.

Pitt jumped out to a 3-0 lead early and never looked back en route to a 15-4 victory.

Noah Jones earned the win on the mound, working 3 innings while surrendering only 1 run.  Six Bulldog pitchers combined to finish the game.

Garrett Tyndall and Tyshawn Barrett led PCC offensively, both tallying 3 hits.  Tyndall belted his 3rd home run of the year on the way to a 5 RBI night.

Pitt (17-8, 9-6) travels to Fayetteville Tech this weekend for a conference matchup with the Trojans.
