Bulldogs down Johnston County in Home Opener

The Bulldog offense was on fire Wednesday night, hanging an impressive 104 points in their home opener against Johnston County Community College.  The Bulldogs came into the contest at 1-1, and JCCC came in at 0-4.  After getting out to a 43-29 halftime lead, Pitt went on to put up a whopping 61 points in the second half.  The Bulldog offense saw all 11 players that stepped on the court score last night, lead by Brandon Faison who racked up 21 points with 4 rebounds and 5 assists.  Kenneth Sims Jr. recorded a season high 15 points to go along with 5 assists.  Antonio Freeman and Quante Smith also recorded double-doubles in the victory. 

The Bulldogs (2-1) are back in action this Sunday, November 12th in a home contest that begins at 3:00 against Thomas Nelson.
