The accolades continue to come in for Pitt sophomore shortstop Taylor Carroll. This week she was selected as an NFCA NJCAA II Second Team All-American. Taylor was also recently voted to the NFCA East First Team All-Region, and last season she was an NJCAA DII Third Team All-American as well as the Region X Player of the Year.
Carroll batted .456 in 46 games this year. She recorded 21 doubles, 4 triples, and 6 home runs while knocking in 45 RBI's.
