2019 SOFTBALL SCHEDULE RELEASED
The 2019 Bulldogs look to build upon consecutive Region X Championships in 2017 and 2018. Entering into her 3rd year at PCC, Head Coach Jennie Harp has compiled an impressive 58-27 record.
Regarding this year's outlook and the schedule, she had this to say: "Our 2019 schedule is filled with quality opponents, and Region X is going to be more competitive than ever with the addition of 3 new programs and Louisburg College dropping to Division II. It is going to change the way our conference play really flows by doing a 3-game series all within 2 days versus a double-header at home and away. While we don't have a ton of opportunity for non-conference games we are excited about our non conference schedule being strong. We'll take a couple of days during spring break to travel and play USC-Union and Spartanburg Methodist which has been known to have a quality program. We are kicking off our season with a single-game against Barton College like we have done in past years as well as a double-header with North Carolina Wesleyan. These NCAA schools really help prepare us for our conference as well as help us define what needs to be worked on before getting into conference play." - HC Jennie Harp
