GAME RECAP - CAPE FEAR CC (SOPHOMORE NIGHT)

Pitt finished off a successful regular season at home against conference leading Cape Fear CC on Tuesday, October 25th.  The Lady Bulldogs dropped sets 1 and 2 by scores of 25-23 before winning the 3rd set 27-25.  Cape Fear took the 4th set 25-19 to earn the win.  Garrison Bowes led the way for the Bulldogs with 8 kills and 16 digs.  Alexis Bynum added 7 kills and 5 solo blocks to go along with Jordan Loreman's 6 kills.  Hannah Sladick also contributed 5 kills, 9 digs, and 2 blocks.

Sophomores Garrison Bowes, Kele Younger, Allyson Heath, Jordan Loreman, and Alexis Bynum were recognized for their outstanding commitment to the Bulldog Volleyball program.

TOURNAMENT PREVIEW

The Lady Bulldogs (#6) will match up against Walters State (TN) (#10) in the Region X Tournament.  The tournament will be held at Brunswick Community College beginning on November 3rd.  It is double elimination format with the winner advancing to National Tournament.

Pitt (#6 seed)                    - Record 18-8
