The Bulldog volleyball program is set to kick off it's 2017 season on August 26th in Elizabeth City, taking on Mid Atlantic Christian and Christendon College. The schedule and roster can be found on the website under the women's volleyball tab.
The Bulldogs return 5 sophomore including Garrison Bowes, Kele Younger, Allyson Heath, Jordan Loreman, and Alexis Bynum. Pitt has also added four newcomers in Hannah Sladick, Lauren Farquhar, Gabby Isaacs, and Calissa Parrott.
The team looks to build on an impressive season last year. "We are looking forward to a great season as we have 5 athletes returning to the program coming off a successful 22-6 season in 2016. We have added 4 outstanding and versatile athletes to our roster that I think will really help set us apart from other Region X teams. We have big expectations for this season and are ready to get in the gym to achieve goals we have set for the 2017 season." Head Coach Katelynn Speas
