PCC DEFEATS LOUISBURG IN FIRST ROUND OF REGION X TOURNAMENT

The Bulldogs earned a first round victory in a matchup with Louisburg that went down to the wire.  PCC captured the first set 25-21 before the Hurricanes battled back to win set two 25-16.  The two teams split sets 3 and 4 before the Bulldogs ultimately pulled out a 15-13 win in the 5th set to earn the victory.

With the win, Pitt advances to the semifinals where they will take on the winner of Catawba Valley and Lenoir.  PCC's semifinal game is set for tomorrow (11/3) at 10:00AM.
