Volleyball Keeps Rolling, Defeats Davidson CC and USC Lancaster on the First Day of Region X-Travaganza

VOLLEYBALL DEFEATS DAVIDSON CC, USC LANCASTER ON OPENING DAY OF REGION X-TRAVAGANZA

PCC is on a roll, deafeating Davison CC and USC Lancaster to improve their record to 7-1 and extend their winning streak to 3 games. 

In the opening game of the Region X-Travaganza, the Bulldogs went up against a Davidson CC team that came into the matchup 1-4.  Pitt won the first set 25-10 before falling the in the second set 25-21.  They bounced back to win the 3rd 25-18 before putting Davidson away 25-19 in set 4.

In game 2 of the day, PCC played a tough USC Lancaster squad that came into the contest at 3-1.  The two teams traded blows in the first four sets with Pitt taking 2 and USCL taking 2.  In the fifth set the Bulldogs pulled out a tough 15-10 win.

With the wins, Pitt improves to 7-1.  They will take on USC Salkahatchie today at 9, and Catawba Valley immediately after.
